Our story

We met in early 2020 before the world shut down.  We both attended a speed date event in Portland, Oregon.  After the event was over, we stayed after and finished our drinks, chatting with each other. We ended up closing the place down at the end of the night.  We talked and talked and found we had a lot in common.  After mutually matching, we went out a handful of times before the world started shutting down due to the Pandemic. Restaurants, nightclubs, theaters, and just about everything was shutting down all around us.  

We knew if we wanted to keep dating, that we would have to get creative.  And so we did.  We had picnics in parks like Laurelhurst, Mt. Tabor, Marrion School, Lewis River, and many others.

We discovered how well we matched

We ventured out and went all over to different parks, we would spend hours eating, walking, chatting, playing twenty questions, name that tune, frisbee, push hands, our cloud game, all the while really getting to know each other.  We believe in Speed Dating. We know first-hand that It’s Fun!  It’s Fast!  And It Works! 

We are living proof!
