Venues and Speed Date Pacific Northwest reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

Choose the speed dating event you wish to attend, register and purchase your ticket on our website. In order to finalize your ticket purchase you will need to complete our Sign up form.
Please adhere to our age categories, which are 20’s, 30’s, 40’s, 50’s, 60’s, and 70+. We may allow attendees for adjacent age groups at certain events.
Please note the approved donation items that the headlining charity will accept on the event details page. We encourage you to bring such an item if at all possible.

When the event date has arrived, dress casual and be comfortable. Remember to dress to impress as well! Show up a few minutes early to the venue, give yourself enough time to find the location and park, and check in with our event hosts. Be sure to bring an ID that confirms your birthdate. If you do not supply an ID, you may be turned away from the event.
The hosts will check you in, check ID, give you a name tag with your first name and last initial, and a match sheet & pen. Ladies will be shown to their table for the evening and will remain seated for the duration of the event. The men will move from lady to lady every 5 to 7 minutes. Event duration is 2 ½ to 3 hours.
After checking in, take the time before the start of the event to settle in, grab a beverage or food/appetizer item. We ask that you purchase at least one item from our venues, so that they will invite us back again.

Feel free to mingle before we start, but do not share or ask for personal information; no unsolicited advances are allowed whatsoever! Your match choices and emails are shared with Speed Date Pacific Northwest representatives, post events exclusively.
When we start, you’ll talk to approximately 7 to 20+ singles, one-at-a-time, for 5 to 7 minutes each. We’ll facilitate so that you get to meet everyone. You can ask your own questions or use our handy Questions Menus which are at each table.
After you meet a person, you may privately check off your match sheet with a YES or NO. They will privately do the same. Use the space to write yourself a little note so that you remember them. (blue shirt, brown hair, likes dogs, line of work, etc.) Say YES, if you would like to see that person again to get to know them further. If you choose someone and they choose you - it’s a match!

At the end of the event you can turn in your match sheet to a host or you can take it home and send us a photo of your match sheet to matches@speeddate-pnw.com within 24 hours.
When the event is over, we invite you to stay as long as you’d like to mix and mingle further!
Within 24 hours of the end of the event, when all matches have been recorded, we will email you the results. If you have matches, they’ll receive your email address, and you’ll get theirs. Then it's up to the both of you to connect. Check out our website for dating spots and ideas!
You’ll likely have one or more matches, but as long as you said YES to at least one of the attendees, and you don’t have a mutual match, then you can come back to another event for FREE and try again. You can actually do that two more times for a total of 3!
- Note FREE retries only apply to full price tickets - free, special or discounted tickets are only good for one event.

We may cancel an event for lack of attendance with at least 24 hours notice. We may also change the venue location for an event within 24 hours. You will be notified by email and/or SMS phone text message if you provided a mobile number.
Attendee may cancel by using Contact Us:
- within 72 hours notice, receive credit for future events.
- Less than 3 hours, no credit or refund.
- No shows mean no credit or refund, and we reserve the right to refuse future service.
We prefer to carry forward credits for future events rather than issuing refunds.
Refunds by special request must be sent to refund@speeddate-pnw.com.
